Consulting retainers

Monthly retainers (Semantic SEO Strategy, Local SEO, and similar ongoing engagements) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice via our Contact page. No refund is issued for the current billing month. Work delivered prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

Project-based engagements

Fixed-scope engagements (Premium Link Building, Technical SEO Audit, and similar one-off projects) require a deposit to begin. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, the deposit is refunded in full. No refund is issued for deliverables that have already been completed and delivered.

Auto AI Assistant

Auto AI Assistant setup fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the platform has not yet been used to generate articles. To request a refund, contact us with your order reference via the Contact page.
